If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. We promise to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund as you prefer.
Refund and Return Policy: Returns
- Return eligible products within 15 days of delivery.
- You can return your product if it is unused and in original condition.
- Non-returnable items: gift cards, opened products, sale items marked as “final sale”.
- To request a return, contact us with your order number.
Refunds

- Approved refunds – We process refunds within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping
- You are responsible for shipping costs on returns unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product
