MEET THE FOUNDERS

ASHISH KAMPANI - Founder

Ashish is an experienced professional and entrepreneur with successful ventures in multiple industries including hospitality, commodities, FMCG and engineering. He has also worked as a consultant for several Indian brands and businesses and is therefore adept in brand positioning, business development and sales.
Disillusioned by the capitalist approach of the beauty industry, Ashish founded Earth Essence with the intention of putting the ‘care’ back into personal care. His journey is fuelled by a passion that ignited when he realized not a single personal care brand is truly as natural or organic as they claim. After years of R&D, he launched his own hair and skincare brand - Earth Essence that is pioneering the way forward for the personal care industry with complete transparency about its product formulations.
GAURAV AGGRAWAL - Co-Founder

Gaurav comes from a background in pharmaceuticals. His work led him to interact with experts and world leaders in the health and beauty industry, deriving much insight and knowledge about technological development in this space.
Gourav brings the perfect blend of nature and science to Earth Essence by using his experience to innovatively create products that are natural yet effective.
